Fan Designed Cosmic Expansion Set

I would like to acknowledge all the Cosmic Encounter players who work on this expansion set by adding a new Artifact to the game. It will be called “The Artifact.” No relation to “The Claw.” In the Rules Booklet there will be an Artifact Tablet which contains all the players names in micro print. Probably a readable list as well. So the tasks are to design what happens when an ordinary Cosmic player gets The Artifact artifact. And what happens when The Artifact artifact is in the clutches of an Exalted Fan Expansion Set Designer. (That would be you.)

There has been some discussion recommending that we continue to explore ideas for the ARTIFACT Artifact, looking for ideas that are more “revolutionary.”
